So, after trying this app a few times and having difficulty getting into a routine, I realized something.
This is Daily Burn! You CAN do it EVERY DAY without hurting yourself!
I was pretty lean, exercised occasionally, but I was kind of weak and out of shape, and needed something to kickstart my fitness routine. At first, I made the mistake of doing the exercises every other day because I was really sore and afraid I would injure myself.
What I recently realized is this: the program I selected (cardio blast) is set up to take this into account. Your legs might feel like noodles 12 hours after a workout, but dont worry. If you do the program every day, you wont work them hard again until they have recovered.
Skipping workouts made it very confusing.
Dont skip them!
Just do the workouts as they have them laid out and you will love it.
This app makes it fun to work out, the fitness coaches keep me really focused and motivated during a workout. They also make sure to talk about how important hydration and diet is, which serve as great reminders. The workouts are dynamic and never boring.
I have tried so many workout apps- this is the one I have stuck with. It really is amazing and I cant recommend it enough.
I only wish I could split my subscription with my husband!!
My advice: do the free trial. When you get sore, just keep going. Follow their instructions and you will get stronger.
