Ive tried different apps to work out at home, and then I found Daily Burn! I do 365, 6 days a week on a delay. They stream/record a brand new workout every single day at 9 am ET, and I work so I access it at 6 am ET the next morning, before it gets replaced by the new one. Ive done some of the recorded routines, but one thing I dont like is hearing the same conversation/comments more than once--and that goes for any pre-recorded workout. So, with 365, its all new and fresh and you have to have your head in the game to follow along--like youd have to do in a class. I use hand weights some days, but thats totally optional.
I cant say enough about it--its amazing!
