This app is amazing. It has never crashed on me or been hard to work. Whenever I want to do my workout its so nice being able to just pull up the app no matter where I am. You can choose from a new workout everyday that is posted, or you can pick a program and do workouts that have already been recorded. Or both. There are two types of memberships available after the 30 day free trial. One is for access to the live workout posted every day and to a very limited amount of whats pre-recorded, and the second membership is everything above plus access to a ton of more videos of past live workouts giving a bigger selection of choices. The trainers are amazing and uplifting. They all have different styles and try to bring different moves and routines to their workouts. The staff is always upbeat and trying to keep things changing and new. If you are in extremely good physical condition then Id say this app/program isnt for you. I would say this is more for people who need to get into shape and get into a routine and I dont think it would satisfy anyone looking for a really intense workout. (I personally wouldnt mind more intense workouts) My ONLY complaint about it is that I wish you could rate the workout and trainer like you can on the desktop version of their website after watching the live workout. This is just a personal preference, but it doesnt change how great of quality the app is!
